马流产沙门菌(Salmonella abortus equi)是威胁马属动物繁殖健康的重要人畜共患病原菌。近年来,随着养殖规模化与耐药株增加,该病在我国多地呈现持续流行态势。本文系统综述了马流产沙门菌病的流行特点、诊断技术、疫苗研发以及噬菌体与益生菌等新型防控策略。结果表明,分子检测技术(PCR、ELISA)显著提升了早期诊断效率;哈维科C355弱毒苗及crp缺失株具有良好免疫效果;噬菌体及乳酸菌益生菌在耐药沙门菌防控中展现潜力。未来应加强病原分子流行病学监测,开发多抗原重组疫苗与绿色防控新技术,以实现马流产沙门菌病的科学防控。
Abstract:Salmonella abortus equi is a major zoonotic pathogen that threatens the reproductive health of equine animals. With the intensification of breeding and the emergence of drug-resistant strains, this disease continues to spread in China. This review systematically summarizes recent advances in epidemiology, diagnostic techniques, vaccine development, and novel control strategies including bacteriophage therapy and probiotics. Molecular diagnostic methods (PCR, ELISA) have greatly improved early detection accuracy; the commercial C355 attenuated vaccine (Harbin Weike) and crp gene-deletion strains provide reliable immune protection; while bacteriophages and probiotic Lactobacillus show promising potential against resistant Salmonella. Future work should strengthen molecular epidemiological surveillance and promote the development of multi-antigen recombinant vaccines and eco-friendly biological control technologies for sustainable prevention of equine salmonellosis.
