摘要:

为了解吉林省范围内梅花鹿布鲁氏菌病的流行情况,对调查对象进行了详细的问询,选取的对象均为规模化鹿场,鹿场为争取省级、国家级保种场和净化场,均未应用疫苗免疫。在此基础上对吉林省长春市、四平市、通化市、敦化市、辽源市、白山市6个地区的39个鹿场开展梅花鹿布鲁氏菌病的流行病学调查。采用两阶段抽样方法。结果表明,所涉及的6个地区布鲁氏菌病阳性率分别为长春市7.9%、四平市4.7%、通化市0%、辽源市7.9%、敦化市7.0%、白山市18.0%。对阳性率结果进行分析,提出科学有效的建议,为吉林省布鲁氏菌病防控及净化提供数据支持。

Abstract:

The purpose of this investigation and analysis is to understand the epidemic situation of brucellosis in sika deer in Jilin Province. Before the investigation, the staff conducted detailed questioning of the investigation objects. The selected objects were all scaled-up deer farms. The deer farms strived to become provincial and national breeding and purification farms, and they did not apply vaccines for immunization. Based on this, a epidemiological investigation was conducted on 39 deer farms in six areas of Changchun City, Siping City, Tonghua City, Dunhua City, Liaohe City, and Baishan City. The sampling method was two-stage sampling. The results show that the brucellosis positive rate in the six areas were 7.9% in Changchun City, 4.7% in Siping City, 0% in Tonghua City, 7.9% in Liaohe City, 7.0% in Dunhua City, and 18.0% in Baishan City. Analyzing the positive rate results, scientific and effective suggestions were put forward, providing data support for the prevention and purification of brucellosis in Jilin Province.
