本试验旨在探究日粮中添加酵母硒对蓝狐生殖机能和血液相关指标的影响。选取40只健康成年(平均7月龄)雄性蓝狐,随机地分为四组:空白对照组(con),低剂量试验组(L)、中剂量试验组(M)和高剂量试验组(H),每组10只。空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别给予0.2 mg/kg、0.4 mg/kg、0.8 mg/kg的酵母硒添加至相应的日粮中,试验期74天(2024年12月11日~2025年2月25日)。试验结束时,人工徒手按摩采精获取各组蓝狐精液,后肢静脉采血分离血清和血浆。检测精子密度、活力、畸形率、精液量,评估酵母硒对蓝狐精液品质的影响。用抗氧化指标试剂盒测定血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醇(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等抗氧化指标。用生殖激素试剂盒测定血浆中促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)和睾酮(T)浓度。结果显示,精液量、睾酮含量及蓝狐体重、睾丸重量、睾丸指数各组差异均不显著(P>0.05);与空白对照组相比,M组精子活力显著提升(P<0.05),M组和H组精子畸形率显著降低、精子密度显著提高(P<0.05),且两组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、丙二醇含量及促卵泡素、黄体生成素含量均显著提高(P<0.05);H组超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05)。以上试验结果表明,日粮中添加酵母硒改善了蓝狐繁殖机能并提高了血液抗氧化指标的水平。

Abstract:

The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of adding yeast selenium to diet on reproductive function and blood-related indexes of blue fox. Forty healthy adult male blue foxes (average 7 months old) were randomly divided into four groups: blank control group (con), low-dose experimental group (L), middle-dose experimental group (M) and high-dose experimental group (H), with 10 in each group. The blank control group was fed with basic diet, and the experimental group was given 0.2 mg/kg, 0.4 mg/kg and 0.8 mg/kg yeast selenium respectively, and the experimental period was 74 days (from December 11, 2024 to February 25, 2025). At the end of the experiment, the semen of blue fox in each group was obtained by manual hand massage, and blood was collected from the veins of hind limbs to separate serum and plasma. The sperm density, motility, abnormality rate and semen volume were detected to evaluate the effect of yeast selenium on the semen quality of blue fox. Antioxidant indicators such as glutathione peroxidase (GSH) activity, catalase (CAT) activity, propylene glycol (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in serum were determined by antioxidant indicator kit. The concentrations of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) in plasma were determined by reproductive hormone kit. The results showed that there were no significant differences in semen volume, testosterone content, body weight, testicular weight and testicular index of blue fox (P>0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the sperm motility in group M was significantly increased (P<0.05), the sperm abnormality rate in group M and group H was significantly reduced, and the sperm density was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the activities of glutathione peroxidase, catalase, propylene glycol, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in both groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). Superoxide dismutase activity and total antioxidant capacity in group H were significantly improved (P<0.05). The above experimental results show that adding yeast selenium to the diet improves the reproductive function of blue fox and improves the level of blood antioxidant indexes.
