毛皮动物和鹿产业的发展是畜牧业发展的重要组成部分。山东省毛皮动物和鹿养殖规模位居全国前列，养殖品种多元化，但存在种源品质较低、饲养管理水平较差、疫病防控能力弱以及缺乏深加工龙头企业等问题。对山东省毛皮动物和鹿产业开展了全面系统的调研，根据调研结果对产业发展状况进行总结，并对毛皮动物和鹿产业发展中存在的问题提出了优化建议，以期为毛皮动物和鹿产业的高质量发展提供参考，助力特种经济动物产业高质量发展。

The development of the fur-bearing animal and deer industry is an indispensable and important component of the development of livestock industry. In Shandong Province, the breeding scale of fur-bearing animals and deer ranks the highest in the country, with diversified breeding varieties. However, the challenges such as low genetic quality of breeding stock, poor feeding management, weak disease prevention and control capability, and a lack of leading enterprises in deep processing persist. Therefore, this paper reviews a comprehensive and systematic investigation into the fur-bearing animal and deer industry in Shandong Province. Based on the findings, the current development status of the industry is summarized, and optimization suggestions are proposed to address existing issues. The aim is to provide data references for the high-quality development of the fur-bearing animal and deer industry and to support the healthy and sustainable development of special economic animals.
