菌藻共生对南美白对虾生长性能、抗氧化酶及非特异性免疫酶活性的影响

摘要:

本研究评估了小球藻(Chlorella sp.)、特基拉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus tequilensis)及菌藻共生体系对南美白对虾生理及免疫的影响。实验数据显示:菌藻共生体系在30 d养殖周期中显著提升对虾生长性能,对虾体长增加(1.9±0.6) cm,特定生长率(SGR)与对照组相比,提升83.7%。在抗氧化防御系统方面,在菌藻共生组中肝胰腺超氧化物歧化酶活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性分别较对照组提升了41.2%和37.8%,呈显著差异(P<0.05)。此外,菌藻共生模式增强了南美白对虾的非特异性免疫酶活性,溶菌酶和酚氧化酶活性分别达27.5U/mL和0.082U/mL,较基础饲料组提高52.3%和48.6%。本研究为南美白对虾可持续养殖提供科学依据和技术手段,保护水生生态系统平衡的同时推动水产养殖业绿色、健康、高效的发展。

Abstract:

This study evaluated the effects of Chlorella sp., Bacillus tequilensis, and their symbiotic consortium on the physiological and immune responses of Litopenaeus vannamei. Experimental results demonstrated that the algal-bacterial symbiotic system significantly enhanced shrimp growth performance during the 30-day culture period, The prawn body length increased by (1.9±0.6) cm, The specific growth rate (SGR) increased by 83.7% compared with the control group. Regarding antioxidant defense mechanisms, the symbiotic group exhibited 41.2% and 37.8% higher superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities in hepatopancreas compared to the control group, respectively (P<0.05). Furthermore, the symbiotic system markedly improved non-specific immune responses, with lysozyme and phenoloxidase activities reaching 27.5 U/mL and 0.082 U/mL, representing 52.3% and 48.6% increases over the basal diet group (P<0.05). This study provides scientific basis and technical means for the sustainable cultivation of white shrimp, protects the balance of aquatic ecosystem and promotes the green, healthy and efficient development of aquaculture.
