人工智能时代，人与工具的传统关系正经历根本性重构。通过人类与生产工具关系的历史演进予以文本回溯，首先确立人机关系的出场逻辑；进而，借助“生产主体—劳动过程—劳动价值”分析框架，在回顾现实挑战后，揭示人机关系的“机器代人”新形态：在生产主体维度，人工智能导致认知异化及人机共同体的形成；在劳动过程维度，资本控制逻辑从外部监督发展为内生控制；在劳动价值维度，人工智能正在形成新型剥削形式。面对这一变革，实践回应需落脚于如何通过培育新质劳动者、发展新质生产力、构建新型生产关系进行系统性重构，引导人机关系最终超越异化，迈向“人机共生”。
Abstract：In the era of artificial intelligence(AI), traditional relationships between humans and tools are undergoing a fundamental reconstruction. By conducting a textual review of the relationship between humans and tools in history, this paper first establishes the logic underlying the emergence of human-machine(H-M) relations,then employs an analytical framework of “production subject-labour process-labour value”. After reviewing practical challenges, it reveals the new paradigm of “machines replacing humans” in H-M relations: in the dimension of the production subject, AI leads to cognitive alienation and the formation of a H-M community; as for labour process, the logic of capital control is evolving from external supervision to endogenous control; as for labour value, AI is generating new forms of exploitation. In response to these transformations, practical responses must focus on cultivating new-quality workforce, developing new-quality productive forces, and constructing new production relation to finally enable a systematic reconstruction. These efforts aim to guide H-M relations to transcend alienation and move towards “human-machine symbiosis”.
