本文从固体力学的基础原理出发,基于自间隙原子理论,开展剪切模量及热效应在非晶合金固体力学领域的教学。首先讲解利用电磁超声变换设备测试剪切模量的方法,介绍自间隙原子理论模型。其次,结合非晶合金剪切模量及热效应等的演化规律分析自间隙原子理论在非晶固体的应用,着重讲解非晶合金剪切模量和热效应之间的内禀性关联。加深学生对该理论模型及应用的理解,指导学生在后续学习过程中进行相关理论分析。本文所应用的以基础教学为主辅以科研应用及教学互动的新型教学模式可为其他讲授力学课程的教师提供参考。

Abstract:

Based on the main principle of solid mechanics and interstitialcy theory analysis,the teaching of shear modulus and heat effects in the field of amorphous alloy was carried out.Firstly,the method of measuring shear modulus by electromagnetic-acoustic transformation equipment was clarified,the interstitialcy theory model was introduced.Furthermore,combined with the evolution of shear modulus and heat effects of amorphous alloy solids,the application of interstitialcy theory in amorphous alloy was analyzed.And the intrinsic link between shear modulus and heat effects of amorphous alloy was emphatically explained.It will deepen the understanding of the theoretical model and its application,which guides students to carry out relevant theoretical analysis in the follow-up learning process.The new teaching mode of basic teaching supplemented by scientific research application and teaching interaction applied in this paper can provide reference for other teachers teaching mechanics courses.
